'Everything was great, I stayed in the penthouse that’s on the 5th floor, great shower pressure, great AC for the entire unit, the 3 person elevator only goes to the fourth floor had to take the stairs one more flight up, but it was worth it, the view is great, and a huge private terrace, the staff were really nice and gave great suggestions for things to do in the area. '

'I was unable to donthe check in process which seemes overly complicated. I received 2 messages from host, one indicating general check in and chack out time and the other, too close to my arrival while I was travelling internationally to do an obkigatiry check in via a link that didnt let me create a password. I called and no one answered so I was hnable to enter the property. I am awating response from management for a refound or similar. Unacceptable!'
