Chalets in Ushuaia

'Geweldig hotel met heerlijke Spa. Mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht. Lekker ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet. Complimenten voor Laura van de Spa, zij heeft ons verblijf nog meer waarde gegeven. Wij moesten om 7:13 uur vertrekken. Maar het ontbijt zou volgens de informatie pas om 7 uur starten. Toen we om 7 uur aankwamen zagen we dat anderen al klaar waren met ontbijten, terwijl wij in 10 minuten het ontbijt naar binnen hebben moesten werken.'

'Mooi hotel, kamer zonder terras en zonder airco, er staat een klein mobiele airco in de kamer die vreselijk lawaai maakt. En het is nomogelijk om een volledige donkere kamer te maken, de stores laten het niet toe.'

'I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That...

'Hotel is een beetje gedateerd aan het raken, verder prima en schoon. Dat is het belangrijkste. Er gaat een shuttle naar het centrum (ca 6 wandelen), maar die gaat slechts 3x per dag, 2x vanuit stad, 1x naar stad. Beetje bizarre dienstregeling. Ontbijt is heel erg basic, maar dat is helaas voor vele hotels in Argentinië het geval. '
