Lodges in Arenal

'Kamer met uitzicht op vulkaan Arenal. Zwembad was oké. De Hotsprings super PAS OP. Koop geen fles water in het hotel. Vraag om een glas water dat is gratis'

'Fijne lokatie, mooi uitzicht, erg aardige medewerkers'

'Amazing family-run hotel. Eric & Cécile do a great job at making their guests feel welcome and at home. Only two rooms on the finca, located a short walk away from Eric & Cécile's own house. Next to the house is a small pool and a seating area where breakfast is served. That breakfast is a real treat, freshly baked bread, home made jam, tea/coffee or hot chocolate, eggs made to order ... . You can really ask for nothing more in a hotel. The finca itself is beautifull with lots of trees, flowers...

'Paradisiac place. Top service. Surely a “must go” in Costa Rica!'

'Breakfast was very good and on time. Try the banana pancakes. Staff was very helpful and toured their farm and coffee plantation. The hikes on property were great and the cloud forest experience could not be better. The rooms are sparse but great for the experience. No AC but was not needed. '

'Clean hotel, friendly staff, parking in front. City center of Sant Elena within walking distance. Highly recommended. '

'A serene retreat close to Rio, Celeste, and national Park, even though there was a bit of language barrier. The front desk was kind and we figured it out. She even helped us book a night tour. The property grounds were beautiful. It felt like you were in the jungle. There is no AC, but there is fans in the room. The hammock outside the Villa was a nice touch and you had your own privacy. It’s not a huge room but cosy enough and clean and hot water, which is a huge plus . We seen a Pezzotti by...

'We wanted to book somewhere in the middle of nowhere and this was what we booked. What a stunning view of the surrounding area and the night sky was something I hope I can remember forever. The lodge was what you can expect for the price, certainly adequate enough and breakfast was more than enough and was included too. We arrived just before the season start and I think there’s an image of the jacuzzi but don’t expect it to be operational, no big deal. Have a walk around the local area, there’s...
