'The rooms were basic and some bugs got in although we were careful, but the rooms were clean at least. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed a New Year’s Eve dinner in the restaurant and had the free breakfast one day, it had a nice variety of options. The highlight was the hot springs area. It had a great vibe, very cool with lights and a swim up bar. The grounds were also gorgeous with the vegetation and we saw a few birds walking around too. I would stay again!'

'Great hotel and well organised external activities. would be nice to avoid (single use) plastic everywhere. Plastic straws should be a thing of the past.'

'Beautiful place, bit of the main road surrounded by forest. Great view of the volcano from the pool. Room was clean and good. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful outside terrace. '

'Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Het uitzicht op de vulkaan vanaf het balkon was adembenemend. De hele omgeving was briljant. De kamer zelf was ruim, mooi ingericht en super schoon. Het restaurant van het hotel was zeer goed. Heerlijke gerechten en zeet vriendelijke bediening. Wat ons betreft is dit een topper!'

'What a fantastic place to stay in La Fortuna! The staff was fantastic day after day, the location was beautiful (particularly the view from our room), and it was well located for venturing out to various excursions. Would love to stay there again!'
