'Deze prachtige masseria ligt tussen San Severo en Lucera, middenin een agrarisch gebied. Pluspunten: het werkelijk prachtige zwembad en een heerlijk dagmenu (a 25 euro, meerdere gangen). 'Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in de Trullo. Het is een mooi opgezette Masseria. Ontbijt en diner zijn goed, je kan vaak kiezen uit twee verschillende gerechten, alles van eigen land. Personeel is heel vriendelijk, echter spreken ze niet allemaal goed Engels. We hadden wat problemen met het bad en de douche, verder was alles top!'

'When choosing agriturismo in Italy we always look for nice places to stay and where we can have dinner. Borgo San Marco is a wonderful place to stay, but an awfull place to have dinner. To start positive; the location is splendid, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the people are very friendly. But the dinner, a set menu, is completely the opposite. Simple, badly cooked dishes at a very high price. A few examples; Asperges that are overcooked, spaghetti that has to be done...

'The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience. You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town.'

'This is the ideal location for excursions toward Lecce, Galatina and Otranto and the coast. Well stuffed buffet breakfast with excellent Italian coffee in all its variations. We've also enjoyed the wonderful pool. Several quality restaurants and trattorias nearby. Special thanks to our host Maria Rosa who prepared a small breakfast with coffee and tea at 6 AM when we had to leave early for our flight to Brussels.'
