'We loved our stay here. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. Our host Beth was so nice and extremely helpful with tips about the area. We had a group of 8, (2 sixteen year olds, a nineteen year old and three 21 year olds and my husband and I.) There was plenty of room for us all to gather as a family or spread out for some personal time! We planned our stay in Galena to be a staycation and mostly just hang out with the family. This home was perfect for that. We had lots of fun...

'The house was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. It felt very private and was well kept.One note is the house is on an unpaved street, which made it difficult to go out walking on our trip as it rained a lot and even when it wasn’t the road was very muddy. Can’t control the weather though!'

'The host was kind and very communicative. You can tell that they took the time to ensure they thought about the guest experience. The home had everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation. The bathroom off each bathroom was convenient and the three porch spaces were awesome! I would highly recommend staying here!'

'We have absolutely NO problem with our Host. Once contacted, he took care of our problem immediately. Our problem? The messaging system for Vrbo was down and we were unable to get the door code. When I called the help line, I get someone who speaks very accented English. He first tells me that we have to wait 2 to 3 hours for a system repair! I told him 2 to 3 hours was not acceptable. It became 2 hours....again told unacceptable. Each time he places me on hold for 2-3 minutes. The next...
