'The property was well maintained and worked perfectly for our short 3 night stay. The amenities were appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were even better than my own. Appliances were new and the modern decor was simple offering a lot of open space. The host was very attentive. Will certainly stay here again if our travels bring us back to Boonesboro.'

'If I could give more than five stars I would. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. So peaceful and we love hearing the sound of the stream. The dogs loved the backyard and fire pit is amazing.'

'We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

'We loved this location. Easy access to Wintergreen, or breweries and wineries along 151. The property is private and quiet, with a great piece of the Rockfish River flowing through. The house itself is so charming - we loved the modern yet rustic feel and the bed was so comfortable (the King size was a nice surprise since the listing said Queen)! We hope to be back soon when we're able to stay longer.'
