This property is a two bedroom/1 bath duplex and can sleep six comfortably.
There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. Cooking ware is supplied for your personal use! There is a private washer and dryer room located in the basement for you to use!

The living room has a flat screen smart tv with access to Netflix. Along with each bedroom equipped with a smart TV as well! You will be able to use the TV during your stay along with high speed wireless internet.

This property is a side by side duplex. With completely separate entrances and no shared living space. You will have complete privacy with no shared common areas. Entry into the property is controlled by a wireless electronic smart lock that will generate a unique entry code that only works during your stay.

We also have a pack and play available for your tiny travelers in the bedroom closet.There is 2 parking space on the property to park. If you need additional parking for more cars, there is off-street parking in front of property.
The unit is a 1897 house with lots of charm. There will be 13 stairs to get to the bedrooms in the property. We do not allow smoking in the unit, nor do we allow pets. TV channels are spotty at best, but don't worry, Netflix is all queued up and ready to watch! The other side of the property is rented out to 3 responsible professionals. Please try to be respectful them. We look forward to you staying at our airbnb!

Wonderful stay! Communication with the Hosts kept us well informed about the house, about the entrance, about the surrounding location & gave us an easy feeling about being free to communicate with them for anything else. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming. The house is actually 2 side-by-side rentals of which we never heard or saw anyone else. We would certainly return here as a very first choice.

Fun two days of orientation at ISU. The location of this charming house was perfect! Close to campus and even closer to everything else we needed - restaurants, Target, HyVee, Starbucks. Great communication with the hosts. Really cute house. Thanks and hopefully we’ll be back!

Attn ISU Families!!

Found this when when looking for places to stay for my daughter’s orientation at ISU.Location is convenient, literally 1.5 miles from campus. Check in was seamless, the place, while cute and cozy, was equally comfortable and someplace that you wanted to hang out at after a long day. Hosts were wonderful about communicating and gave some great recommendations. I only got to try the Great Plains pizza (very worth it) but they had some other recommendations we would like to come back and try. The place is two units, I barely heard the other tenants. Everything was quiet. It is also right on the CyRide line, with two stops directly across the street. I felt comfortable outside and walking by myself, I can go on and on, but you should go check it out for yourself and let Ryan and Ashley take care of you during your stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a football weekend. The house itself is nice for its age. It is a side-by-side duplex - on occasion you can hear the people in the other unit walking around. But they were never loud or disruptive (you can’t hear them talking at all). The steps are narrow and somewhat steep, and awkwardly shaped at the top. If you’re traveling with someone who is very young or very old, that would be something to keep an eye out for. As for the location, it’s pretty hard to top. It’s a 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants/bars and a short drive to campus. There was a little hiccup when we checked in, but the owners responded immediately and had it rectified within 30 minutes or our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting Ames so our grandson could tour Iowa State. Communication was quick and instructions were thorough. The house was fully equipped, and the attention to detail was appreciated. For example, there were multi-outlet/usb extension blocks in the bedrooms and in the living room, plus sound machines in the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for coffee/tea and there was even ice in the freezer. My husband was impressed with the frosted mugs in the freezer too! The beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Bathroom shower had great water pressure. We even got a welcome gift! We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others.
