'The first issue was the room key maker wasn’t working so they had to come and let you in your room every time you needed to get in. Super inconvenient both for staff and guests. The elevator doesn’t work has a large sign stating out of order so if you can’t climb stairs then it will not be the place for you.'

'No servía el aire condicionado esta sucio los sabana estaba sucias'
