'The place was very clean, all the cupboards and drawers were labeled with what was in them, plenty of towels, kitchen implements, etc. The balcony was screened in and was a real plus. I don't remember the listing ever saying it was on the third floor, which could be a real detriment for some people. No problem for us, it was great.'
