'good location and good service!'

'The reception was really helpful for any requests. All equipment is well maintained and new. I’d recommend and come back to stay when revisit.'

'Great for families'

'Great place to stay in Hanoi!!! Convenient location, nice facilities, really good breakfast. The Residence feels like home!'

'Room was excellent only issue was the wifi internet would stop working everyday technician would have to come work on it.'

'This was a great spot with great staff. Very clean, nice amenities and spacious. The area has a lot of great restaurants, many serving Japanese fare and open late. Easy to get a grab at any time at a good price. Also a big lotte mall within walking distance. Very quiet in the morning, not too bad on the honking.'
