I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. While the check-in process was quick, the room I was assigned was in very poor condition, it appeared dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a humid, sweaty smell.
The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food tasted artificial and of low quality.
I have stayed at this hotel before in 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing.
The standard check-out time was noon, and I had a work meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. I needed a quiet environment to take the call, so I asked the front desk if a one-hour late check-out would be possible. My request was declined, as I was told another guest would be checking into the room. However, I understand that the official check-in time is not until 2:00 PM, which made the refusal somewhat unreasonable.
Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not choose to stay at this property again.
