Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. 'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
