'The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..'

'The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.'

'The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.'

'Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough'

'Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Ein paar Küchenutensilien mehr wäre toll, Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden, für Oktober brauchten wir sie auch nicht. Genervt haben nachts die Hühner und Hunde, aber das ist auf Mallorca normal.'

'Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...

'Sauberes und ordentliches Objekt mit viel Liebe zum Detail und guter Betreuung! Die Lage ist außerhalb von Muro. Auto empfehlenswert, um einkaufen zu können. Dafür absolute Ruhe! Rundum zufrieden!!!'

"Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect."

"Second time we stayed at Suites & Spa, this time in the "old" building, room was very spacy and clean, take moisture in bathrooms in account! Personell very friendly. You have two options for breakfast (4th floor adults only and ground floor) which both have different options. Towel change at the pool is very practical and extra service. Suite case safe for if you have to check out in the morning and your flight departs in the evening (we could you use the pool the whole days, shower at spa included)!"

"We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this."
