Motels in Alabama Gulf Coast

'Check in was quick and friendly. Room was impeccably clean with attractive updates. Bed was very comfortable, firm but cozy. Why did I rate it a 2 then? I could not get on the internet and the staff could not be contacted. So absence of staff and absence of Internet for 2 days impacted my stay. Otherwise a 4 for sure.'

This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here.'

'We stayed at room with 2 double beds for 78 dollars per night. The air conditioning was too cold, and we were unable to change the temperature, so we turned off the AC the whole time. Fortunately, it was not that hot at night, so we survived. There was this intense smell of cigarettes inside the room. No matter what we did, the smell was there. When I arrived early for check in I noticed a very loud and troubled lady who looked disheveled, she looked very trashy with a dirty mouth (possibly a customer). I went inside the front office and it was in total chaos. No heads no tails.
