'Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! '

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

Ruim winkelaanbod in het hotel. Over het algemeen service-minded personeel. Metro en trein op enige minuten loopafstand, wat niet zo prettig is bij hitte of regen. Altijd taxi's beschikbaar. 'We loved our traditional Japanese room very much! The room is beautifully setup and huge enough for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 teenagers). The staff in the reception showed us the genuine Japanese kindness and greetings. The location is great, very near to a metro station with 2 colour lines and a little bit more walking to another 3 colour lines. Super convenient, lotsa eateries on the street of the hotel. Super great!!
What can be improved is just an extra mirror in the living room as the two...

- Centraal gelegen in Akasaka, een levendige wijk met goede connectie met metro-station Akasake-Mitsuke.
- Keurig netjes en schoon en vriendelijk personeel
- Prima op te overnachten / slapen, niet zozeer om langduriger te verblijven (zakenreis).
Minder:
- Zeer kleine kamer en badkamer, je kunt je spullen (koffer) niet goed kwijt... (typisch Japans overigens)
- Het badhuis ('Onsen') wordt qua tijd verdeeld tussen dames / heren. Dat maakt dat het altijd klokkijken is wil je er gebruik van...
