'The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. 'I didn't get a room. I went to a different hotel right from the start. Says in their contract and online that it's ONLY $100 DEPOSIT but the big guy at the front said he wanted $200 so I dipped out quick!! Also he wasnt very happy, hospitable, kind or helpful. I asked him to contact his manager and most managers live in their own hotels here in Guam so its NOT HARD to get ahold of them. He was just being lazy. So 2 star or 1 star rating from me. Sorry maybe next time if you hire someone more...
