'Didn’t try the Spa, but the room was good. The staff was on-point, the restaurant close by helped, but I was not allowed to bring alcohol to my room. ☹️ Vizio television made me feel right at home, but the wi-fi was terrible. Bathroom was cramped, but water pressure was decent. Overall, a nice hotel. '

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...
