'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. I had an Expedia VIP perk of having $30 off on food but caveat being that when ordering room service, you have to pay an amenity fee which was $25 and the food was >than $30 so not sure the perk is useful when used in this way as I could get something way cheaper elsewhere.
