'The Auckland Hilton was amazing. It is right on the Princes Pier and near everything. We walked to dinner and shopping every day. The Sky Tower was also a short walk away. Besides its convenient location, the hotel itself was beautiful and so well appointed. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and treated us so well. '

'Nice clean hotel in central location, we had the junior suite which was okay. There were 2 blown wall lights in the room so room living area was very dark and the view out of windows for the high end rooms was of roofs and aircon units so no view at all. Staff were great and welcoming, breakfast was okay. '

'Nice hotel with really nice facilities. The only downside is that the rooms are too dark with black walls and not good lighting. There’s no chrome cast which is a bit annoying. Other than that the gym is good, and the spa area is amazing!'

'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. Overall space in the room was good and the bed was nice (not a big fan of the pillows as they were too...

'No running hot water in the bathrooms at first but it was fixed quickly with one phone call. The Japanese-speaking staff were welcoming and helpful. The spa and the swimming pool were remarkable. Convenient to go anywhere. I enjoyed staying there very much. '
