'It was OK, but not great. It seems that customer service and concierge options are not something they prioritize, which was what I'd like to expect in such expensive 5 star hotels. 'Amazing hotel, a short walk to the cathedral, the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner which was disappointing as we didn’t check in to late evening but had some great pizza by the cathedral. Rooftop bar was nice although drinks were limited and bar man a bit miserable. Rest of staff were great and allowed us to see the pool area after we had checked out.'
