'I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). 'Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...

'The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.'

'We had a short vacation at the resort and the place is really awesome with lush green hills @ 360 degrees of the location. The approach to the location is little harsh and I recommend all to talk to hotel staff for the directions before your trip or a small Hint ( Use Nahan Road to reach the location). Hospitality was really good and a thanks note to Tamanna for making our travel convenient during the stay. '
