'Clean rooms, courteous staff and great communicators. Had a hot water issue in the kitchen that closed it down and they were willing to cancel our stay the day of even though it was a non cancellable stay. Still stayed and did not regret at all!'

'One night stay here prior to a flight from DC the next day. Pleasant, modern hotel. Friendly check-in staff. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. Not much to do nearby the hotel - the Mexican restaurant was mediocre. Would return if I was in the area.'

'Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed.
On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...
