'I love the Marguaritaville resorts, Hollywood Beach, Gatlinburg, key West and now Fort Myers. I had to call this time to get a receipt of charges and the desk person acted surprised that I asked. The charges that they emailed me were like $350.00 less than what my pending charge was on credit card so lots of hidden charges possibly. '

'The common areas of the hotel are much too cold. The room was so cold when we arrived that we had to turn on the heat.
It seems ridiculous and unhealthy.
Everything else was great. '

'As a paying guest of the hotel, going to the beach was a process. The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting in line for 45 min to an hour to buy food when you have paid $245 for a cabana is ridiculous. '

'Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient.
The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking.
Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute.
They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to...

'Leuk hotel, goed gelegen aan het strand.
Comfortabele kamers maar beetje verouderd, toe aan opfrissing.
Zeer vriendelijk kamer/receptie/barpersoneel, bediening restaurant nogal nonchalant en traag.
Veel extra charges: resort fee $30/dag, valet parking $30/dag.
Na uitchecken en betaling werd een extra room charge gedebiteerd voor minibar item dat niet verbruikt werd.
