'Heel teleurgestellend. Niet omdat het slecht weer was (daar hadden we rekening mee gehouden) maar wat we niet dachten is dat een hotel faciliteit daar niet goed op in kan spelen. Het effect was dat we het erg koud en ongezellig hebben gehad. Zeker omdat er in de villa's geen internet verbinding is. Daarvoor moet je naar de centrale ruimte (die weer erg koud is). Dit alles wel voor ongeveer 200 euro per nacht.'

'Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....

'The accommodations were clean and modern. We wished that we had a closet in the rooms to hang our clothing, but overall it was very nice. Check in and communication with the host was difficult. This could easily be resolved if he used WhatsApp for communication. We had eSim cards in our phones, but they were only usable for small amounts of data, not for calls.
