8.2 van 10, Zeer goed, (2.374 beoordelingen)
'We stayed here at the Rumfish for 4 nights recently during the World Series. There were some great things about the place. The beach was amazing. The fried green tomatoes from the restaurant were fantastic. The hotel was recently opened after the flooding from the hurricanes in ‘24 and you could tell. They still have some work to do. The rooms are dated, and have more of a motel type of feel to them. The place isn’t dirty but it isn’t clean either. The location is good. Right on the beach which...

'Ontvangst door dame was bij binnenkomst niet heel vriendelijk. Ik had wat aanvullende vragen over de kosten en ze reageerde zeer stug. Dat was jammer want voelde ons niet heel welkom. De dames bij het ontbijt maakte het weer goed. Alle andere dames aan de balie waren zeer vriendelijk dus waarschijnlijk had ze haar dag niet. Ontbijt en kamer waren helemaal top. Locatie is geweldig.'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever.
We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway.
There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise.
I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise.
I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'For $500 a night I expected more. The bathroom was so small, the blanket was so hard and stiff it felt like sleeping under cardboard so didn’t get much sleep, one of the lamps had to be repaired which messed up the outlet in the bathroom and took me a few to realize I needed to push the reset, it’s called a resort but not sure why as it doesn’t have anything extra compared to any other hotel. With the price they charge and nothing special to offer and bad nights sleep I won’t be returning.'

'Front desk didn't know how to process an egift card and told me to deal with her at check out. By then, my credit card had already been charged and so they had to reverse the over payment later that day of check out. Pool area was nice. Hotel very quiet. You have no choice but to valet your car which is $42 a day. Expensive seeing as though they know you have no choice. Bar tenders not attentive. Not busy bar but they were both focused on cleaning shakers versus serving customers. They didn't...
