'If you have shellfish allergy they cannot accommodate you at any restaurant except the pizza during the day. For dinner they can. So just know hanging at the pool or beach you will need to go else where for food. Our toilet overflowed twice, the room with double bed is actually the size of a single room. The beach is nice and the beach staff too. The jacuzzi is a perfect temperature to relax. Not the most terrible but way over priced for quality of room etc'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever.
We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway.
There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise.
I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise.
I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'This is an amazing hotel with a perfect beach location. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing that makes the review a 4 star and not a 5 is the size of the bathroom in the room. The room was very spacious however the bathroom was so small it didn’t fit with the scale of the room and was a constant nuisance. I will go back and recommend anyone else to as well. '

'The hotel is in a great area… and I could tell that it had once been lovely… but it’s showing signs of age: stains, cracks, and water that just doesn’t get hot enough. The room configuration was awkward with not nearly enough storage space. And, while the bed was comfortable, the pillows were lifeless, flat, and floppy…and the comforter much (!!!) too heavy.
