'Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.'

'The good - the room size is huge, the staff at the restaurant were very courteous and provided service with a smile.
Please ensure to ask room on higher floors.
From start the experience wasn't good. Whlist making the booking we opted for breakfast and dinner included in our tariff. However, when checking in we were told to pay an additional rs 7000 for 4A and 1c'

'Walls of room were dirty.
Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs.
Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets.
No bath mat and slippery tiles.

Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. It is misleading. Expedia...
