'Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.'

'The good - the room size is huge, the staff at the restaurant were very courteous and provided service with a smile.
Please ensure to ask room on higher floors.
From start the experience wasn't good. Whlist making the booking we opted for breakfast and dinner included in our tariff. However, when checking in we were told to pay an additional rs 7000 for 4A and 1c'

'Walls of room were dirty.
Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs.
Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets.
No bath mat and slippery tiles.
AC wasn't working.
Only a small part of the food menu was available and it was a 40 minute drive to the town.
We requested cutlery, not supplied.
Pepsi was warm as the kitchen fridge had been turned off.
At breakfast, as westerners, we requested fried eggs on toast. Despite showing pictures of what we were and asking for, by the third attempt we...

'We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. It is misleading. Expedia...

'Beautiful hotel in a jaw-dropping location. Pretty good food (especially if you stick with the Indian selections), although not everything on the menu was actually available. The tradeoff for the absolutely amazing views is that you're way up a really rough road with nothing else around (but I thought it was well worth it, and it was easy to get a rickshaw). Beautiful and well-appointed room. Recommended. :)'

'First hotel in my life to have turned me away saying we did not accept your booking.
I made the booking and it was non-refundable, after a long day of driving and expedition, I make it to the hotel to find out I do not have a room.
Staff at the reception was -5/5 and took 20 minutes to type one line in english which was a confirmation I was requesting on paper that the hotel turned me away and considering this was a non refundable booking, I should get reimbursed
Try and avoid booking here'

'All the staff were so helpful. No problem changing my room when I had a view straight into a tree... after that blissful view of mountains. Lots of space in the family room (more like a small flat) but furniture is rather sparse and basic. Food was very good and an extensive menu - the kitchen clearly takes pride in what it does. You are high up on a hill — so everything is a tuk-tuk or car ride away. Very quiet and almost nothing happens in the evening. So this is the place if you want peace...
