'Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. '

'Room with full lake view offers a broad water and island view. Resort is quiet during winter season. But the boat service still runs despite only a handful of guests using it. Room nicely decorated except the cheap looking and ill-matched floor. Overall a nice stay. '

'트윈배드룸타입이였는데 방이 두개 별도 되어있었고, 화장실도 2개로 편했습니다. 다만 냉장고가 없었고(스캔하여 로봇서비스), 겍실 내 영어 번역이 없어서 중국어를 몰라서 좀 어려웠습니다. 추가로 조식은 괜찮았고, 알리바바 a타운과 매우 근접하며 인근에 식당 많이 있습니다.'
