'1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....
