'The best part about this hotel is the location. It’s literally just across the street from the beach, which was super convenient.
The biggest disappointment was the beach umbrellas. They only have 5 umbrellas for both Tropic Isle and Seaside, which makes no sense, especially on Fourth of July weekend??? There weren’t any extras either. Five umbrellas are nowhere near enough for all the guests for both locations?? We didn’t bring our own beach gear because we expected the hotel to have enough...

'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was beachfront and right next to the pool as well. We had fun going from the beach to the pool and could easily run back to the room when we needed to. The unit was clean, spacious, and well cared for. Virginia was attentive and helpful. We would definitely return!'
