'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'The staff was amazing. The Maid that did our room was so friendly and kind to my small children. The pool was great. Only complaint was how expensive the arcade games were. But my boys loved playing them so it was good. We loved everything about it. thank you so much'

'I remember when this hotel was a chocolate factory so to see it's transformation into a hotel is pretty incredible! The whole property from the lobby to the rooms, to the dining options were amazing. Walking into the lobby, it smells so nice. I would love to know what fragrances they use throughout the hotel because it would be great if my house could smell like that! The rooms are spacious with exposed brick and a barn door for the bathroom. Very elegant. The gym is beautiful and well...

'My husband and I stayed at this property over the Halloween weekend in the Alpine Suite. It was an absolutely lovely experience from beginning to end. Brenda and her team could not have been kinder. The food was homemade and excellent. It was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. They were very respectful of our privacy. The common spaces were immaculate and our room was spacious and clean. We will be back and I have recommended this wonderful spot to many people. Thank you for a great stay!'

'Gina our hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. She was very thoughtful and everything was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable.
