'We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep.
I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill.
OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!'

'I've stayed here a few times in the past. I like the kitchens with utensils and the proximity to some fast food (particularly In-N-Out), but may try a different location on my next visit. It seems that the cleanliness has gone downhill over the last few years.'

'The host was responsive it’s unfortunate however that we needed to contact her.
A great location for us. Nice nice space. Comfy beds. Smelled clean when we arrived. We were able to check in early.
BUT
There wasn’t any toilet paper upon arrival and the host instacarted it to the condo.
The lock on the front door was not secure/functioning properly. It was two nights before the problems was fixed.
Amenities such has hand soap, tissues, shampoo/conditioner appeared to be leftover from...
