'facility was "out " of things like coffee cups, towels, etc, they were coming, and came, but why would a hotel be "out?" this may be an expedia issue, but the Suites reservation picture where i clicked on, said this room was "seaside" view. THERE WAS NO VIEW AT ALL, toltally on the back side of the hotel.'

'The room was clean but it did have a musty smell. The shower curtain had mold on it. There was a water leak on the ceiling next to the toilet. Went for breakfast in their dining area. The key wouldn't work when we went back to the room. Probably won't stay there again.'

'Tried to use the pullout coach, when we did there was a worm of some sort inside the bed. The bubble ceiling was literally falling down in the bathroom and well as having either mold or mildew, it was black. Needed towels and some trash bags, apparently they don’t deliver to your room, made you go dow to the 1st to get them and then they had to go elsewhere to get them. Supposed to be smoke free, numerous time there were smelling cigarette smoke along with POT blowing right into our room, hard...

'My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back'
