'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. 'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '
