'Wel stevig aan de prijs, maar een prima hotel. Organisatorisch zeer goed: in-uitchecken, transport bagage naar-van het eiland, transport op het eiland, toegang tot het park etc. Enkel het park zelf zou nog kunnen verbeteren\; alle attracties hebben bloktijden wanneer ze open zijn, dus je staat regelmatig voor een gesloten attractie. In het waterpark zouden ook veel meer banden moeten zijn om van de glijbanen af te kunnen, maar dat is het enige minpuntje. Zeer uitgebreide buffetten O-L-D'

'Not much negativity to mention. Anything wrong with any facilities you just notice the front desk, they sent someone to have that fixed right away, and the service of every staff is excellent. I stayed here for 18 days.'

'We were helped by 2 nice girls. The first day Fiona helped us with checking in and she knew instantly that we were the ones booking the room and helped us through our administrations. Vy, the reception manager, was very nice and helped us alot with exchanging money and recommending good restaurants to eat! At breakfast we where helped by Kien on our first day and Nhi on our second day. The where very helpfull and gave us delicious drinks to go with our breakfast! The empty plates where gone when...

As vegetarians, we found the buffet options a bit limited, but the team went above and beyond to cater to us almost every night, which made us feel really cared for.
