Information via Expedia was not great. If you mention in the booking breakfast with a checkmark behind it I assume it will be included. This is just intentionally unclear.
The hotel staff was very nice but the building was quite old and not recently renovated. Breakfast was very busy and only limited options. For the 25 usd, also a cappucino was not included and charged extra. We also paid much more 3 months in advance than the price was a few weeks and days before our trip. Which was not possible to adjust anymore.
Overal ik stay, but not worth the price.

Stayed on the 5th floor, no hot water until our second shower & it still took 10 min to get warm & apparently the fridge doesn’t turn on until you put something inside it but bye morning the things were cool not cold. Ice is available but all the way down to the front desk.
