Isla de Lobos: Romantische vakanties

Amazing host, went over and above to support me when my phone was stolen. Nice new clean property.

Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

This apartment is amazing. The other 3 looked equally amazing. Everything in for a fabulous stay. Wake up to sea views over the lagoons beach and playa la concha beach. The evenings clouded up so only got one sunset and it was quite a chilly wind but was mostly fine. There was a lot of building work but noise not too bad and it was only between 8.30 am and 5pm but not weekends . Úrsula was very nice and kept in touch and we didn’t arrive to village until nearly 10pm and she came to check us in. We have been staying in Cotillo for over 30 years and stayed in various places and this the best and will not hesitate to come back here. Thanks for a great stay

General impression My high expectations based on the high ratings were unfortunately not met. I don't understand the flawless 10-scores; this was not the perfect, unique spot for me. Pros • Complex: Nice resort with a unique style. • Room: Great, spacious duplex room. • Pool: Excellent swimming pool. • Staff: Generally friendly and helpful. • Breakfast: Good quality, but identical daily. Some variation would make a big difference. Cons • Noise: Disturbance from a neighbor's meowing cat. • Food & Drinks: Limited pool bar menu with almost no vegetarian options (now externally sold and independent). • Hygiene: Thick, curly black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. • Facilities: No tea in the room. The TV is far too small for a 4-meter viewing distance. • Reception: Only open 10:00–18:00. Non-urgent messages sent after hours go unanswered, which feels unprofessional. Unacceptable • Construction & Communication: Despite prior assurances on Hotels.com chat that work was nearly finished, there was active weekday hammering and grinding. Worse, the water was shut off unannounced while I was showering. It was poorly messaged via WhatsApp at that exact moment as "scheduled maintenance"—which it clearly wasn't. The upfront assurance was false. Good to know • Next to a busy road; not recommended if you are sensitive to traffic noise. Without air conditioning, you must sleep with windows open during hot seasons.

Perfect hotel/accommodatie prijs kwaliteit.Ligging zeer goed bij een fantastisch strand.Ook bij de zwembaden kun je uitstekend vertoeven.

The hotel should do something against the people that put towels on beds and occupy them while going for breakfast or else. To me that could be a reason for. It coming back, as it isn’t the decency someone would expect
