I had a wonderful stay at Sentido Naga Bay and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel kindly upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The modern interiors and attention to detail made the entire resort feel luxurious and welcoming. The food was also very good. As an all-inclusive guest, I appreciated that the buffet selection changed throughout the day and between meals, offering plenty of variety rather than the same dishes repeatedly. Everything I tried was fresh and enjoyable. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the à la carte menu felt a little less exciting than the buffet. Another bonus was the beautiful beach and clear water. The hotel provided snorkeling masks, and it was wonderful to be able to swim out and see colorful fish right from the beach while relaxing during the day. What impressed me most was the hospitality. Even after check-out, I was invited to stay for lunch and continue enjoying the facilities, including the beach and pools. These thoughtful gestures made me feel genuinely welcome and were greatly appreciated. I only wish I had booked a longer stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this resort for its beautiful rooms, excellent hospitality, and overall guest experience.

Everything is perfect

We zij heerlijk verwend met het eten, de mooie (zeegezichten)kamer en de veelal erg vriendelijke mensen die er werken. Persoonlijk houd ik niet zo van verkopers van massages, snorkeltochten, fotosessies en kamelenritjes, maar het werd nergens vervelend.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et la plage est parsemée de rochers. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer : seuls les sols sont nettoyés, le mobilier est poussiéreux et les oreillers dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Il existe une discrimination de traitement entre les Égyptiens et les étrangers. Le programme d'animation quotidien pour enfants est répétitif et manque d'originalité. Les équipements nécessaires en chambre ne sont pas fournis et doivent être demandés individuellement ; de plus, leur obtention est difficile et longue.

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

mooie locatie maar wel in vuiler gedeelte van Cairo (Giza), ze bieden zelf geen eten aan (ze gaan eten ergens anders gaan halen) , vriendelijk personeel en propere kamers
