L'hôtel est situé dans l'ancien quartier aristocratique de Carthagène ; il s'agit d'un hôtel particulier aménagé en hôtel. Le personnel est charmant et très efficace notamment quant aux visites et aux restaurants. Le directeur est français et très agréable. L'amosphère est celle qui attend un invité plus qu'un client. L'aménagement est parfaitement réussi ; ainsi la piscine s'inscrit pafaitement dans le patio intérieur. La décoration des chambres est en harmonie avec l'architecture du lieu. Une expérience que je n'hésiterai pas à renouveller si d'aventure je revenai à Carthagène.

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !

Si vous aimer, plus tranquille et authentique… et passez par Barranquilla, essayer Hôtel Prado. Plus calme à mon avis !
