A hotel that relies on tourism. The rooms are generally clean, but you can tell the hotel isn’t exactly brand-new anymore. You have to pay for things that shouldn’t be part of a 4-star experience (e.g., coffee capsules). Facilities like the pool and fitness center are good, though here too you can see signs of age (sun loungers). Breakfast is sparse but good.

Nice & friendly people. Fantastic breakfast in the garden. Location is perfect, silent however close to city center.

Despite staying in the 5-star Villas section, we had to walk across the resort 4–5 times daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using the same restaurant as guests from the 4-star Sandy Beach section. Over 15 days, walking more than 10,000 steps per day in extreme heat became exhausting and unacceptable. A restaurant next to the Villas ERMIS is unavailable to Villa guests as only used for a-la-cart. The biggest disappointment was the food. While salads and cheeses were plentiful, the hot meals were poor, repetitive, and often inedible. Fish and seafood were non exsistant, and much of the menu appeared to consist of low-quality frozen products and processed food. The main restaurant felt more like a budget cantine for students and no 4or 5 stars resort. The three à la carte restaurants offered a better experience with some grilled fish, and we ended up eating outside the resort several times.The facilities, pools, and beach are good, but beach access was poorly controlled, with non-guests using hotel sunbeds on a daily basis. Staff were friendly and helpful, even they admitted the food quality was unacceptable.Transportation within the resort was another major issue. With over 2,200 guests, only three golf carts were available. Several times they failed to arrive when called, forcing long walks and causing us to nearly miss meal times.Overall, the facilities are good, but the poor food, excessive walking, inadequate transport, and lack of organization makes far from 5* resort
