« Good stay overall! Had everything we needed. This space can comfortably sleep 2, and 4 people would be super tight. I wish the smaller bed would have had a mattress pad. The space worked for what we needed. »

We appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got there and the location is perfect for easy walking access to Main Street. »

« This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left. « The condo is in a great position in Pagosa Springs, and has beautiful views! You are also really close to everything there in the town. The condo was cleaned really well when we arrived and we don't have any concerns there. However, it was a bit tricky to find when we first got there. Also, the kitchen didn't have a lot of what we needed so we ended up having to go to the store to buy common use items such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, clorox wipes (couldn't find any cleaning solution).
