'Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

'The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. '

'The stay was fine and quiet. While this is an older house, it has been renovated and very clean. The main room is very large and open floor plan. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent. Seems it is either 5 to 15 minutes to desired local locations and only 30 minutes to almost everywhere else. Very happy with my stay!'

'Was not in a nice neighborhood. Homes around rental looked very run down.Close to Sanford Airport; alot of jet noise.Washer and dryer smelled moldy. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer had to go through 3 drying cycles to dry the towels.The back door has no curtain/blind or frosting on the full door of windows with no privacy. I was not given check in instructions. Had to contact host for them. Never given checkout instructions.For the price I paid, not worth it to me for 3 nights we stayed there.'
