    Een artistiek en comfortabel huis met twee slaapkamers plus twee slaapcabines, we waren een ster op de recente Parade of Homes-tour. We zijn gelegen aan het einde van een onverharde weg en genesteld in vijf hectare surrealistisch keienlandschap. We zijn even dicht bij de ingang van het park en Pappy & Harriet's. Achter de veranda is 200 hectare parkachtige woestijn om te verkennen. Geladen met functies en leuke details, en. . . de meest sublieme hot tub-ervaring in de hoge woestijn!

    Vanuit elk raam heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de rotsen. Geniet buiten van de veranda, de 'uitkijklounge' die uitkijkt over de stad Joshua Tree en het nationale park, een bubbelbad, een cowboybad, een yogadek, een hoefijzerbak, een barbecueruimte (gas en houtskool), geweldig ontmoetingsplaatsen en meer keistapels dan je in een weekend kunt verkennen.

    Net achter de veranda is meer dan 250 hectare ongerepte woestijn voor u om te verkennen. Niets dan keien, joshua-bomen, dieren in het wild. . . En stilte!

    Een schilderachtige wandelbrug neemt je mee naar een nieuw zespersoons zoutwaterbad omringd door rotsblokken - een droom van een stargazer!

Stunning property and perfect vibey comfortable house for my group of friends. The star-gazing hot tub is next level amazing. Loved the swinging bed, boulders everywhere, and privacy with views.

This place is truly fantastic - we stayed 4 nights but could have stayed so much longer! It was one of the best vrbos we have stayed in. The house itself isn’t luxurious, but it is very clean and perfect. Homey and lovely. The small cabins are very cute and rustic, just as advertised. We were with another family and together had 6 kids ages 8-17 with us - we hardly needed to leave the property as there were so many rocks to climb and places to explore. We would stay again.

Beautiful Ranch

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful desert ranch. The home was comfortable, well appointed and filled with thoughtful touches. The property is a private desert oasis. We really enjoyed the many birds and rabbits that visit the back porch.

Gorgeous Property and Home

John & Deva’s home is beautiful, and the property itself is unbelievably gorgeous with all the large boulders, amenities, and wildlife. John and Deva were great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed, and made sure everything was going well for us. I would highly recommend staying here with them. I will for sure stay again if I am ever back in the area!

Lovely property with a comfortable and friendly space. Worked qell fpr two small kids and adults who wanted to soak up the desert. Sunrise thrpugh the master window is great. Cannot recommend enough.

This was a truly great rental start to finish. The property is amazing - desert right outside with loads of vistas and climbing opportunities. We had quail, coyotes, and desert cottontails right outside the house. The house itself was very comfortable, with a well stocked pantry, comfortable beds, an unusually sophisticated library (sorted by category), a tuned guitar (which my daughter who is learning loved), and a piping hot hot tub under the stars. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing desert home

Sweet Rock Ranch is incredible! From the decor to the location to the amenities you could not ask for a better vacation home near Joshua Tree. We especially enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder while we drank our morning coffee on the porch. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful trip to Joshua Tree and stayed at Sweet Rock Ranch. We had a group of 8 of us and the property was great with accomodating a large group. It was very nice to just relax at the property when we weren't out hiking. John was proactive and available when needed with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful house inside and out

The whole family loved our stay! We were close to the National Park for morning and evening hikes and star gazing. The house was comfortable with plenty to keep us busy during the heat of the day in August. We were close to a market and had a well-stocked kitchen so cooking was a breeze. And it’s a minor detail, but this was possibly the first time our rental house had enough towel hooks for a family of 4. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Getaway

The property and location are fantastic! Lots of great outdoor areas to hang out- hot tub, fire pit, great back porch, yoga deck, etc. you can go for a hike right out the back door! Well stocked kitchen and super comfy house. Love all of the art work in and around the house. It’s very close to the park’s west entrance, grocery store, and JT. John and Deva were extremely helpful and responsive. I plan to stay there again soon.

Home nestled in nature

Wonderful home with boulder piles and Joshua Trees right up to the back door. The home was large and clean and neat and we liked that it had all the drawers and cabinets were well marked with their contents. Great and clear instructions for everything from the air conditioning to the hot tub. The owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries. Super cool place.
