Flutter Space’s interior offers plenty of room for game nights, lounging, or getting lost in a good book in the sunroom. Filled with antiques and vintage decor that transport you back in time, the space is layered with inspiring spiritual books and thoughtful details. Comfortable, welcoming, and full of character, it’s a place that truly feels like home.

K I T C H E N & D I N I N G

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy café-style seating inside the kitchen as well as just outside, with plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals for everyone. Or, elevate your retreat by booking a private chef to handle the cooking during your stay.

The full bathroom includes all the essentials, featuring a bathtub for relaxing soaks, while the poolside half bath is styled with rustic decor for added character and convenience.

A place to feel at home, recharge, and let your creative visions take flight. Make lasting memories at this unique, family-friendly retreat. Set on a wide-open ranch, the property offers more amenities than you can experience in just a weekend, unless you stay a few weeks.

Enjoy an in-ground swimming pool (heated upon request), a hot tub, multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, a yoga yurt for retreats or quiet zen sessions, hammocks, bocce, frisbee, and two fire pits for evenings under the desert sky.

Please make yourself at home with access to the entire property, including driveway parking and the yoga dome.

Joshua Tree is a vibrant mix of natural beauty and creative energy. From iconic rock formations and scenic hiking trails to local art galleries, shops, and cafes, the area offers endless adventure and inspiration.

It is strongly advised that you arrange for your own transportation while in the desert.

Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits.

Pets: We love dogs! Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted.

The property is fully fenced, though small dogs may be able to slip under the back fence, so please supervise.

Dog bowls, blankets, and chew toys are provided.

Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only.

If you’d like the pool heated to 85°F during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of $150 per day applies, with a two day minimum.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability.

High chair & Pack & Play: provided upon request

Be cool, please. 💕
• Dogs: leashed outside, off furniture and beds, and out of the pool and spa. Please bag their waste.
• Pool and spa: no lifeguard, no diving, no glass. Kids under 14 need adult supervision.
• Fire pit: never leave it unattended. Put it fully out and cover it after.
• Septic: please don`t flush wipes or tampons.
• Keep outdoor trash bin lids closed (keeps the coyotes out!)
• County rules: no outdoor amplified music or bright outdoor lights.
• Stay within the property lines and respect our neighbors.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50/hr. Just ask!
