The home’s Spanish-inspired architecture, terracotta floors, warm textures and thoughtfully curated décor give it the intimate character of a private boutique resort. Eight dramatic arched windows fill the soaring great room with natural light while framing sweeping views across the valley and surrounding mountains. Spacious gathering areas flow naturally between the living room, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, giving groups plenty of room to connect without sacrificing comfort or privacy. An expansive pool and lounge deck overlook the desert valley and distant mountains, creating a beautiful setting for sunny afternoons, unhurried conversations and sunset cocktails. The dedicated wellness amenities include a barrel sauna, hot tub and steam room, making it easy to create your own private spa experience. Shaded lounge areas provide comfortable places to relax throughout the day, while outdoor dining and seating invite leisurely meals surrounded by the desert landscape.



As evening settles over the valley, gather around the firepit, watch the mountains change color and enjoy the wide-open sky. The villa’s elevated setting offers memorable sunsets, peaceful evenings and spectacular stargazing. Pool heating is available for a supplemental daily fee during the cooler months and must be requested in advance.

The great room is bright, spacious and visually striking, with soaring ceilings and eight arched windows that frame the surrounding landscape. Natural light pours into the space throughout the day, highlighting the terracotta floors, warm materials and thoughtfully selected furnishings. Comfortable group seating makes the living area equally suited to slow mornings, relaxed afternoons and cozy evenings after exploring Joshua Tree. Its open layout connects naturally to the dining area and kitchen while keeping the remarkable desert views at the center of the experience.

The spacious primary suite includes its own en-suite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide welcoming accommodations for families and groups. The home accommodates no more than 10 overnight guests.

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that a few closets are locked to guests that house supplies for the rental. Please follow all posted safety instructions before using the pool, hot tub, sauna or steam room.
