THE SPACE

Step into a newly remodeled home where contemporary design meets the natural beauty of the desert. Large windows fill the space with bright, natural light, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa and club chair in front of a cozy fire place. Play games, watch tv or just relax among your friends or family in an inviting atmosphere. There's a dedicated workspace for those needing to connect or work with their computer. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a modern dishwasher, a full size premium stainless steel stove and all the kitchenware needed for dining in. The large island and ample counter space offer an expansive working area for those who love to prepare big meals and play in the kitchen. There's also a coffee bar, espresso machine and tea station to start your mornings right.

Bedroom 1: A large room with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a separate soaking tub. Plenty of space to move on comfort.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and chairs to relax. This room offers a large closet for longer stays where some storage space is desirable.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, a reading chair to relax before bed and a Pack 'n Play for little ones.

Bathroom 2: modern bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, fresh towels, and all the essentials.

Your private backyard is an oasis designed for ultimate relaxation. Cool off from the desert sun in the unique and large cowboy pool, soak in the wooden barrel-style hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars of the desert night sky for a perfect evening. Grill and then dine on the patio where you can enjoy those perfect desert nights in a cool crisp breeze. For your convenience, the home is equipped with a front-loader washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

Guest Access:
You will have full and private access to the entire property, including the remodeled indoor spaces and all outdoor amenities. The house, cowboy pool, hot tub, and fire pit are all yours to enjoy.
