Safaritenten in Yosemite Village

'Tent was prima, dekens en matras waren erg slecht. Deken was zo plastic dat het continue van het bed afgeleid. Douche was heerlijk.'

'The hotel manager was very disrespectful and absolutely no help. You would think if you are a paying hotel guest you would have access to the restaurant. Making a reservation for the restaurant was not the problem. Problem was not enough staff to accommodate a hotel guest. Empty tables due to staff shortage. Very disappointed!!! '

'We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site. 'The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly and are not interested in helping with anything at all. We had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights ( back to back) under the same name - had to check out and check back in as they said that they are fully booked and can not accommodate keeping the same room for 2 nights. It was extremely painful to take all the luggage to the front desk to keep it until we come back from Yosemite, but more surprisingly, when we checked back in - it was the same...
