'A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable bed and very clean. '

'We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....

'The cottage had a visiting Pizza van ,pizza were amazing, also they have a stable bar .the cottage was amazing, all the little touches ,my son and his wife arrived first and they text to say how amazing the cottage is '

'The host has clearly invested a lot of money into the property, and the cottage is very cosy, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located. However, we were advised by the host that, as long as my parents were able to use stairs, they shouldn’t have any issues. 'This was an outstanding stay! Very comfortable. They had everything you could want/need in a short term rental. I was able to fix several meals in the kitchen with ease. The only hiccup was that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived. It was an oversight that was quickly remedied with the cleaning crew arriving soon after we communicated the problem. The host was easy to reach and apologetic. Even with this minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this...

'Lovely unit, spotlessly clean , even has a coffee maker and airfryer. ideally situated for withernsea, bus stop on site and 2 mins from beach , highly recommended to families or couples, we took our dog and he loved it. Site has indoor leisure centre, pub, cafe , shop and amusements'

'Recommend the bed needs a mattress protector for hygiene and to protect the mattress. The property is renovated to good modern standards for an old cottage. Shops bars restaurants taxi rank all close by. Home is clean. Host is good with communication. Definitely would stay again.'
