« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »

« We had an amazing stay in York! The house was comfortable for our family of 5. We walked to the beach and downtown easily with our beach gear, sometimes a couple times a day. My daughters and I left from the house and ran a 3.4 mile loop to the Nubble Lighthouse and back, so many beautiful views!
